We listened to your suggestions for sessions & tracks!ETC 2010 features over 30 powerful educational sessions with timely, inspiring, and information-packed content delivered in targeted keynotes and concurrent sessions throughout 2.5 days. Defining marketing in the next decade, putting travelers first, and retooling for relevance will be guiding themes. Speakers and sessions will deliver strategies, applications, and solutions in direct response to the over-arching issues and concerns articulated by colleagues at ETC’s regional spring roundtables. All new for ETC 2010's curriculum will be three core tracks:
1) Restructuring Business Models and Sales Strategies 2) Growing and Developing Travel Programs 3) Re-Tooling Marketing, Outreach, and Member Engagement

Sign up for a power-packed morning! Having presented a 4-part series of sessions on social media and e-marketing at ETC 2010, this post-conference program will take that knowledge to new levels with practical, actionable lessons in how best to navigate social media “hands on” today for application in your own office tomorrow. The morning begins with a lively and entertaining interactive closing plenary with Professor Sree Sreenivasan of the Columbia University Graduate School of Journalism—back to ETC by popular demand! The plenary will be followed by a two-hour workshop delivered by a cadre of savvy practitioners in the New England area. Peruvian coffee and pastries will add a festive touch to the morning session break.
