Book your accommodations at ETC's conference hotel, the Renaissance Orlando at SeaWorld, at the low ETC-discounted group rate of $159 S/D, plus taxes.

We strongly suggest that you book your accommodations online now as hotel bookings are strong from the ETC attendees.

To receive the ETC hotel registration discount a minimum two-night stay must be booked at the Conference Hotel, the Renaissance Orlando at SeaWorld. No other area hotel substitutions qualify you for this discount.
  • When booking your reservations at the Renaissance Orlando at SeaWorld, you will be able to confirm immediately accommodations for the two main Conference nights of January 20 and 21. Please do so right away as the hotel is booking heavily.
  • The hotel is now in an oversold situation for the pre-Conference nights of January 18 and 19. However, when making your reservation, please "request" these two nights to have your name automatically placed on a priority waitlist. If your name clears the list for the nights of January 18 and 19, you will be notified via e-mail, most likely in mid-December.
  • For delegates desiring immediate confirmation of rooms for the pre-Conference nights of January 18 or 19, the Hilton Garden Inn Orlando at SeaWorld is holding rooms for ETC delegates. This hotel is adjacent to the Renaissance Orlando at SeaWorld and is only a four-minute walk away. You can book accommodations for the nights of January 18 and 19 easily online here or by calling the hotel directly at (407) 354-1500 and referencing the group name "ETC - Educational Travel Conference". The cancellation policy at the Hilton is 72 hours prior to check-in without charge. However, once you arrive at the Hilton and check in, a $75 early departure charge will be applied if you depart before your scheduled and confirmed departure date.

About the official Conference hotel: The Renaissance Orlando at SeaWorld features oversized luxurious guestrooms and a convenient location across from SeaWorld and adjacent to Discovery Cove and Aquatica, with shopping and endless entertainment options nearby. Experience award-winning service and a variety of dynamic on-site food and beverage outlets from upscale restaurants to Starbucks. Amenities include new 32-inch flat panel televisions and the luxurious new Revive® bedding package, as well as an array of recreation activities including a state-of-the-art fitness center, a heated outdoor pool, and the Neu Lotus spa. High speed Internet access is available for ETC delegates at a discounted rate of $8 per day (standard rate is $15), and there is a full-service business center on site, as well as a pack/ship Federal express outlet. All ETC 2012 educational sessions and the International Bazaar will be located at the Renaissance Orlando at SeaWorld.

The Renaissance Orlando at SeaWorld is extending the discounted $159 rate, plus taxes, through January 26, pending availability. So book early! Plan to extend your stay to enjoy nearby Universal Studios and SeaWorld, as well as other Orlando attractions! There is a transportation shuttle trolley that departs on a regular schedule from the Renaissance SeaWorld Orlando stopping at SeaWorld and Discovery Cove, as well as Universal Studios (site of the new Harry Potter attraction!).
